It was interesting to see a notification from Google Photos yesterday with an image of Big Ben. Considering I’ve been thinking a lot about London I was surprised to see the image – was Google listening in (of course it is!)? In fact though co-incidentally it was an image of Angela’s Nana and Mum on their 2005 trip, an absolutely amazing experience. We’re going to recreate the wonderful trip we had in 2005 around the UK in a campervan on this trip.

We tried in 2020 – but it didn’t work out. So we’re trying again. The girls are older (and there is one more!) so the experience will be different. We have tried to build a culture of adventure and experiences in our family, amidst the business of work and life. Rarotonga, Vanuatu, Australia and many wonderful spots around the North Island have been the venue for these experiences, as well as our beloved camping holidays. Europe though is the ultimate. A chance for the girls to experience places, scenery, cultures, architecture and food the likes of which they have never seen before. It will be magic for Letitia and Charlotte to see where they spent their formative years in the UK. This is our itinerary – it has taken a lot of planning to get to this point but in only thirteen days we will be departing for this incredible trip. Hopefully we can share may wonderful experiences here!
